Note to self: When your husband spilled krazy glue on your magazine and didn't clean it up... DO NOT pick it up and start reading it...because when your hand is stuck to the cover of your magazine n you are forced to peel off the page along with your layer of epidermis off your palm...He's not gonna help you or sympathize with you...instead he's just gonna sit there n laugh at you...
That's exactly what I did...it was pretty hilarious...maybe I didn't think so at first, I was so confused why the magazine was stuck to my palm. At first I thought it was the kids that spilled something sweet or sticky, but when it wouldn't separate from my hand, I looked at it closer, that's when I caught a whiff of the fumes...It dawned on me what it was then. When I did manage to pull off the cover, there is part of the letter S (in yellow) imprinted on my palm, so I spent the next 15 minutes picking at it and pulling off my dead skin cells...Thank you Hubby!!

First Post on this Soapbox...
Why did I start another blog? Because I want to be able to say what I want to say when I want to say, even if it's not kids related...(I do have a blog that I dedicated to things that my kids say or do...but I haven't been updating that lately due to personal reasons)
Sometimes I have random thoughts that I wish I could just say out loud, or even on Facebook...but due to the nature of my work, I am required to be a 'people person' in a customer service friendly world...
In other word, I shouldn't be a bitch or at least not publicly where it might come back and bite me in the ass... I think it's a bunch of bull crap...but since I do still need the paychecks, I will follow the company policy.
In saying that, it doesn't mean that I'm just gonna use this blog to bitch. I will use it to share funny, exciting experiences, even the boring ones too... oh and anything shiny that I want to share with the world.
Basically, this will be my soapbox. I will share this with my closest friends that will understand me and wouldn't think I'm crazy (or I hope not) when they read what I have to say... oh, and maybe to strangers that don't know me at all...so that way if they are going to judge me or what I wrote, I don't know them and I couldn't really care less about what they have to say...
So there...hope you enjoy reading this blog as much as I will enjoy writing it...
